When you are ready to confirm, we ask for 30% of the cruise price as a deposit. This payment can be made by credit card via PayPal, and there are no fees at all for you. 
Nowadays, most of our guests choose to pay by direct bank transfer in a selection of currencies. This gives the very best exchange rate and no fees. We have accounts in many currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, SGD, AUD, HKD, CHF, SEK, DKK, JPY, CZK, PLN, MYR, CNY, NOK & NZD. Other currencies are becoming available to us, so please ask if you can't see which currency is ideal for you.
The 70% balance is due 30 days before departure departure.

Extras, such as national marine park fees and maybe equipment hire or other items, can be paid when you arrive on board the boat. Extras such as park fees, courses, and equipment hire must be paid on arrival.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation fees depend on the time and reason for cancelling. Please contact us for details. The management of MV Deep Andaman Queen are both considerate & flexible whenever possible regarding customer cancellations.
The official cancellation policy is as follows:
45+ days before departure = refund of deposit, minus bank fees
31-45 days before departure = 25% of the cruise price forfeited
0-30 days before departure = 75% of the cruise price forfeited
Most travel insurance policies can protect you from unforeseen cancellation penalties.

We are happy to do this for free, and without any commitment from you. When you are ready to confirm, we ask for 20% of the cruise price as a deposit. This payment can be made in a number of ways, including domestic bank transfers in a selection of currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, SGD, AUD, HKD, CHF, SEK, DKK, JPY, CZK, PLN, MYR, CNY, NOK & NZD. Other currencies are becoming available to us, so please ask if you can't see which currency is ideal for you. Or you can pay by card via PayPal, without any hidden fees.
The 80% balance is due 10 days before your trip.
Extras such as park fees and/or courses can be paid when you arrive in Khao Lak.

Cancellation policy:
Guests who cancel their liveaboard trip normally forfeit the deposit paid, which Similan Diving Tours must forward to the dive centre.

Most travel insurance policies can protect you from unforeseen cancellation penalties.

The booking process for MV Lapat is very simple & convenient. Firstly, ask us to reserve a space in the cabin of your on the date/trip that you would like to join. We are happy to do this for free, and without any commitment from you. When you are ready to confirm, we ask for 30% of the cruise price as a deposit. This payment is most-commonly made via a direct domestic bank transfer in many currencies, or through PayPal using your credit card. 
The 70% balance is due one month before departure. And extras such as park fees, insurance and any equipment rental and/or courses can be paid when you arrive in Khao Lak. Card payments attract 3% bank fees. There is an ATM near the dive centre and several banks in Khao Lak.

Late cancellations usually cause the customer to forfeit their paid deposit, which Similan Diving Tours pass on to the boat's owners. However, we try to avoid having to do this and always refund as much as we can to customers who have to cancel. MV Lapat is owned and run by a small, local and experienced team, so the policies are more friendly and flexible than many others.

First ask us about availbility of your chosen cabin and trip dates. Then we can block space(s) for you, commitment free and without charge or even your card details.
When you are ready to confirm, we ask for 35% deposit.
Nowadays, most of our guests choose to pay by domestic bank transfer. This gives the very best exchange rate and there are usually no fees. This is possible because we have bank accounts
in many currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, SGD, AUD, HKD, CHF, SEK, DKK, JPY, CZK, PLN, MYR, CNY, NOK & NZD. Other currencies are becoming available to us, so please ask if you can't see which currency is ideal for you. We also accept credit card payments through PayPal.
Extras such as equipment rental or park fees are paid on board, normally in cash.
The trip balance is due 45 days before departure.

If you need to cancel your booking, what you have already paid is forfeited to the owner of the boat but it is possible to transfer your booking to someone else. Also, we will do all we can to resell the space(s) and/or give some refund as compensation. Travel insurance usually covers these situations.

60 days before departure, we ask for the remaining 70% of the trip price.

If you need to cancel your booking more than 60 days before the trip, the team can refund in full, minus 1,000 THB.
Cancellations 30-60 days before departure result in a 50% refund and 50% forfeit.
