MV Issara VI Overview
Issara VI is a very special scuba diving liveaboard in Thailand. It’s new, luxurious and it offers something that none of the others do. Built in 2016, the boat has a steel hull, several cabin types, and itineraries all around Thailand’s best diving areas.
Unlike most other Similan liveaboard diving boats, Issara VI sails all year and has trips on Thailand’s east coast during the west coast’s low season. In addition, when on the west coast Issara has trips to Similans & Richelieu Rock, plus Hin Daeng & Koh Haa, and a few trips which combine both areas. Divers who want to see all of Thailand’s best dive sites need look no further.
Up to 22 lucky guests can join Issara’s liveaboard diving cruises, in three types of cabin. These are two master cabins, six deluxe cabins and three standard twin cabins. All of them have air conditioning and private en suite bathrooms. Plus they all have a flat-screen television, a hair dryer, plenty of USB & electrical sockets, most have a large window, and all have special switches & door locks like you would find in a 5-star hotel.
Communal areas include the huge air-conditioned lounge saloon that has large & comfortable sofas plus a huge television that can be used for movies or for viewing the day’s diving video & pictures. Out on the boat’s decks there are plenty of places to sit alone, in couples or in groups to enjoy the stunning views, sea breeze and delicious food. These include the outdoor seating areas and the Jacuzzi on the sundeck. Guests have the best choice of where to relax during wonderful scuba diving cruises in Thailand.
There is a full set of machinery and equipment to ensure the maximum safety, easy navigation, and convenience for guests. There’s a motorized dinghy to transfer you to the pristine beaches, a Nitrox system that works almost silently, diving equipment and more. The dive platform at the back of the boat is well designed to ensure that every diver has space and comfort.
Please note that some of Issara's trips look to be available for you to join, but at any time before booking the boat's owner may decide to sell only a full-boat charter. It's very difficult for us to monitor, so please enquire about your chosen dates or ask us which trips are available to join in your time period.
