MV AQUA Overview
MV Aqua is a purpose-built steel liveaboard offering divers the chance to explore the Andaman Sea in comfort and style. At 32 metres long and 6.5 metres wide, Aqua is designed for stability and plenty of onboard space. The vessel accommodates up to 24 guests in 12 air-conditioned cabins, each featuring an en-suite bathroom for maximum convenience & privacy. Accommodation options include two spacious master cabins, three deluxe twin cabins, four standard twin cabins, and three more standard twin cabins on the lower deck, enabling every guest to find the perfect fit for their needs and budget.
Onboard, you’ll find inviting communal areas that make it easy to relax between dives. There’s a large, well-organized dive deck for hassle-free gearing up and storage, as well as a comfortable indoor lounge for unwinding after a day of adventure. Meals are a highlight of the experience, with a mix of delicious Thai and international dishes served buffet-style in the covered dining area. The sun deck is ideal for soaking up ocean views, enjoying the sea breeze, or catching up with fellow guests after another great day on the water.
MV Aqua’s main itineraries focus on the northern Andaman Sea, offering 5-day, 4-night trips to famous dive sites such as the Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, and Richelieu Rock, renowned for their marine life, clear water, and beautiful coral reefs. From time to time, Aqua also runs southern trips that visit Koh Haa, Hin Daeng, Hin Muang, and Phi Phi, and the boat’s “Best of the Andaman” cruises offer an extended experience, combining highlights of both regions over six or seven nights.
For the upcoming 2025–2026 season, all Nitrox-certified guests enjoy complimentary Nitrox fills, adding even more value to every trip. This is the perfect base for discovering Thailand’s best dive sites in comfort, safety, and style.

MV AQUA Itinerary
Most of Aqua's trips leave from Khao Lak's Tab Lamu Pier, but the southern trips go from Phuket. All trips begin in the evening, after everyone has checked and set up their gear.
The boat sails through the night and you wake up at the first dive site, which is nearly always in a calm and protected bay, allowing the first dive of the trip to be an easy check dive.
You normally get up to four dives per full diving day and two or three on the final day.
The itineraries below are the most-common for each trip, but these can sometimes be changed for a number of reasons. Small changes are made due to weather & sea conditions, special marine life sightings, overcrowded dive sites, local-authorities' instructions, and the needs & requests of the paying guests. The safety & comfort of all guests is most important at all times.

7 Reasons to Book with us:
- Best-price guarantee, AND get FREE gifts.
 - We don’t ask for any payment or your card details until you are ready to confirm your booking.
 - For safety reasons, it’s impossible to complete a booking instantly online , as some other websites claim to offer. We always check first as each boat has a different criteria regarding diver details & experience .
 - We offer each boat’s booking & payment policy (below). Some other websites have standardised terms, asking for full payment but many boats’ payment terms are a 20-30% deposit, and the balance paid on arrival.
 - Our Thailand-based staff are experts about logistics, the dive sites & all the boats . Take a look at the reviews on our site & tripadvisor.
 - Our team are always online to answer your questions. We always respond the same day , usually within a few minutes
 - Customer service is everything!
For example, if a trip is cancelled, we will ensure you can choose between an alternative similar trip or a full & unconditional refund .

The booking policy for MV Aqua is very simple.
First ask us about availbility of your chosen cabin and trip dates. Then we can block space(s) for you, commitment free and without charge or even your card details.
When you are ready to confirm, we ask for 35% deposit.
Nowadays, most of our guests choose to pay by domestic bank transfer. This gives the very best exchange rate and there are usually no fees. This is possible because we have bank accounts
in many currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, SGD, AUD, HKD, CHF, SEK, DKK, JPY, CZK, PLN, MYR, CNY, NOK & NZD. Other currencies are becoming available to us, so please ask if you can't see which currency is ideal for you. We also accept credit card payments through PayPal.
Extras such as equipment rental or park fees are paid on board, normally in cash.
The trip balance is due 45 days before departure.
If you need to cancel your booking, what you have already paid is forfeited to the owner of the boat but it is possible to transfer your booking to someone else. Also, we will do all we can to resell the space(s) and/or give some refund as compensation. Travel insurance usually covers these situations.
